Meet at 8:30am at the trailhead on Willowside Road. We will meet Brian Webb and celebrate spring on this gorgeous lowland riparian trail. Then, we will observe the nesting behavior of herons and egrets at the large rookery on Ninth Street in Santa Rosa. To get to the parking area use this address 655 Willowside Rd (Summerfield Waldorf School) but park on the side of the road, not the school parking lot. Bring binoculars, field guide, water, snacks, lunch and layered clothing.
