About the Speaker: Lisa Hug is a birder and naturalist living in Sonoma County, CA, specializing in the North Bay, which includes Marin and Sonoma Counties. Lisa has been an Interpretive Ranger at Pt. Reyes National Seashore, and a Research Assistant with Point Reyes Bird Observatory and the Gulf of the Farallones National Marine Sancutary. Lisa has served as past president of RROS, teaches birding in Marin and Sonoma Counties, and is the leader of the YAMS youth birding group. She is a wonderful teacher imparting her vast knowledge to students of all ages in a joyful and enthusiastic and gentle way.
