Presenter: Bill Leikam, the Fox Guy
Presentation: A Year in the Life of the Urban Fox

Bill Leikam, the Fox Guy, is the author of "Autobiography of a Fox." He will give a multimedia presentation about the Gray Fox.It starts with an overview of Gray Fox general ecology and goes on to an orientation of the life of the Gray Fox. He then weaves together the science through personal stories about Bay Area foxes he has studied over the course of a year. Experience the lives of Gray Fox cubs as they learn to survive in their ever-changing world.

Dinner Before the monthly meeting: Join us at 5:30 p.m., at Mary's Pizza Shack, 535 Summerfield Rd., Santa Rosa, across from Howarth Park. From Hwy. 101 take Hwy. 12 east. Turn left on Farmer's Ln., right on Montgomery Dr. and right on Summerfield Rd. Mary's will be on your right. They do not accept reservations for groups smaller than 15, so when you arrive just ask to be seated with the RROS birders' group in the back room.

Presentation: Part II of Bob & Carolís travel odyssey

Carol & Bob lived in Australia, Tasmania and New Zealand for 6 & Ĺ months. Come share the stories & pics from their search for elusive & common birds, mammals and reptiles in the rain forest, tropical reefs and mountains. Feel free to close your eyes for the snakes; most of the top 10 venomous snakes live in Australia.
